To request removal of any content, please provide the following information:

4. Description of the work or mark you believe is being infringed.

5. Contact information (email and phone number) where we can reach you.

4. Our Response Policy

 

We review all takedown requests within 10 business days.

If we confirm that the material in question infringes your rights or is confusingly similar to your trademark, we will:

• Remove or disable the material promptly.

• Acknowledge your rights in writing.

• Offer to discuss a transfer or proper attribution if applicable.

 

If we believe the use falls under fair use, non-commercial educational use, or other protected exceptions, we will notify you with our explanation and invite further dialogue.
