This website is part of the Wendy Black Foundation, a U.S.-based nonprofit educational project dedicated to cultural preservation, historical documentation, and public education. We do not sell products, display ads, or monetize traffic in any way. This site is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any individual, estate, or company named.

4. Our Response Policy
We review all takedown requests within 10 business days.
If we confirm that the material in question infringes your rights or is confusingly similar to your trademark, we will:
• Remove or disable the material promptly.
• Acknowledge your rights in writing.
• Offer to discuss a transfer or proper attribution if applicable.
If we believe the use falls under fair use, non-commercial educational use, or other protected exceptions, we will notify you with our explanation and invite further dialogue.
